Ontario police officer injured in hit and run, Patrick Chatelain, speaks with CBC News

Patrick Chatelain was dragged by a rental car after a traffic stop in 2017. The driver pulled over suddenly and fled the scene. That shocking incident left Chatelain with serious injuries, but little in the way of legal recourse.
